March Madness - Day 3

Today's March Madness inspiration comes via Pinterest and a quick search for St. Patrick's Day.  I spied this cute, yet super simple little banner from Lil Luna and loved it.  I need to make it.  I think the black and white background and the pops of green are what really get me.  And probably the dimension of the shamrocks.  I have lots of small print black and white papers - polka dots, chevrons, newsprint...lots of options.  And while I may not have a shamrock die - I may or may not, I'll have to search - I do have a heart punch that will create the same look with maybe a button or rhinestone in the center to cover the pieced points.

Your challenge for today is to create something inspired by this little banner.  Maybe it's the color scheme.  Or maybe you want to make the shamrocks (which look like they might be edged with brown ink).  Maybe it's to add dimension to a flat embellishment.  Maybe to cut varying sizes of the banner to create a background for a layout or card.  Maybe it's just to make a mini version to put on your layout or card. . .or even the full-sized version to hang somewhere in your house.
